Rates & Facilities

A monthly levy is payable by all cottage owners and is utilised to cover the day-to-day running costs of each facility. The amount of each levy varies according to the size of the unit. 

The levies cover:

• The daily luncheon mentioned above,
• Administration expenses, staff salaries and wages,
• Municipal services, Building insurance, cleaning and security
• Maintenance of buildings, security fencing, service vehicles, gardens, pathways and internal roads 

The levy does not cover:

• Electricity consumed in the cottages, if a separate meter has been installed,
• Insurance of the contents of a unit,
• The maintenance of the interior of a unit.

For the assisted living suites and the frail care units a monthly rental is charged which covers all meals and 24-hour care.

Prices vary according to size, and the extras installed in each unit. They are available on application.
